If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service or sales team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate an exchange following our standard exchange policy.

We offer a variety of credit card terminal models from PAXDejavoo, Ingenico, Verifone, First Data, Poynt,and Castle Terminals  that are suitable for different business needs, including countertop, wireless, and mobile terminals.

Yes, all our terminals come blank and can be programmed with the necessary downloads by your gateway.  

Yes, we do program and encrypt the terminals before shipping them to our customers. However, in order to provide this service, we will need the specific download details or a VAR sheet from your payment processor. This information allows us to configure the terminal to work seamlessly with your payment processing system, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction experience for your customers.

Our credit card terminals come with a 1-year warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. In the event of a covered defect. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

PCI compliance refers to adhering to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a set of security requirements established by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. No, we do not offer terminal repair services. However, if you are experiencing issues with your terminal, our customer support team is available to assist you with troubleshooting and resolving the problem. If your terminal is determined to be faulty and is still under warranty, we can facilitate a replacement as per our warranty policy. For out-of-warranty terminals, we recommend  you to replace the terminal with one of our latest terminal models.

A multilane terminal is a type of payment terminal designed specifically for high-volume retail environments with multiple checkout lanes, such as supermarkets, department stores, or large retailers. These terminals streamline payment processing by enabling fast and efficient transactions, allowing businesses to manage customer traffic effectively and reduce wait times.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to some restrictions. Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be eligible for return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the terminal has been opened or used as we can no longer sell the equipment as new.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible, typically within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund or exchange to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not send back any items without first obtaining an RMA number, as this may result in delays or refusal of your return.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $999. This promotion applies to eligible orders during the checkout process. Once your order reaches the $999 threshold, the free shipping option will be automatically applied. Please note that free shipping may not be available for international shipping.

For domestic orders, the standard shipping time is between 3-5 business days. However, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, which can reduce the shipping time to 1-2 business days.
