Blank units ordered by 10 AM CST (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Injected or programmed orders ship 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed. US orders of $999 or more get free standard shipping; smaller US orders pay $17.99 flat or a carrier-calculated rate. Allstar ships internationally with rates calculated at checkout.

Steps

  1. Decide whether the order is blank or needs configuration. A blank unit ships with no encryption keys and no processor or gateway setup loaded. An injected or programmed unit is configured by Allstar before it ships. Expected: You know which rule applies: same-day for blank units, 2 to 3 business days for injected or programmed units.
  2. For blank units that must ship today, place the order by 10 AM CST, Monday to Friday. Expected: The order ships the same business day. Orders placed after 10 AM CST ship the next business day.
  3. For injected or programmed units, place the order and send the processor, key set and configuration details with it. Expected: The order ships 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed, once configuration is complete. Same-day and overnight shipping do not apply to injected or programmed units.
  4. Check the shipping charge at checkout or on your quote. US orders of $999 or more get free standard shipping. Smaller US orders pay $17.99 flat or a carrier-calculated rate. Canada ships by UPS; other countries ship by DHL Express, UPS or USPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Expected: The shipping line at checkout or on the quote matches the rule for your destination and order total.
  5. For international orders, ask sales@allstarterminals.com about duties, taxes and whether your destination is served before you pay. Expected: Allstar confirms what applies to your destination before the order ships.
