For rollouts, Allstar handles 200+ unit deployments: bulk key injection, the same configuration on every unit, staged release in waves, multi-address shipping and kitting. Rollouts are quoted per deployment at tiered wholesale pricing. Per-unit serial or TID lists are not offered.

Allstar injects every brand it sells from 190+ processor key sets: debit PIN injection $20 per device, remote key injection (RKI) $35 per device, terminals you already own $60 per unit. Injected orders ship 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed.
- Allstar Terminals: payment terms and how wholesale pricing worksOrders are prepaid before shipment by ACH, credit card or wire, with no card surcharge or processing fee. Net terms are not offered until an order history exists. Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume and quoted per order; send quote requests to sales@allstarterminals.com or the form at /pages/wholesale.
- Allstar Terminals: what a PCI PTS approval expiry date means for a buyerEvery PIN-entry terminal carries a PCI PTS approval with a fixed expiry date set by its PTS version: 5.x approvals expire 30 April 2027, 6.x on 30 April 2032, 7.x on 30 April 2035. 4.x approvals expired 30 April 2024. An expired approval is a status on the PCI list, not a shutdown; whether a device must be replaced is decided by the payment brands, processors and acquirers. - Allstar Terminals: when a refund reaches your payment methodOnce Allstar processes an approved refund, the money is back on the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
- Allstar Terminals: replacement terminals, overnight blank units and pre-injected sparesBlank replacement terminals ship the same day when ordered by 10 AM CST, with overnight shipping available on blank units only. Replacements injected or programmed to your processor ship 2 to 3 business days from order. The spares program lets you buy pre-injected units up front and swap from your own shelf. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 3 days of delivery get a replacement shipped ahead of the return.
- Allstar Terminals: how to return a product and what restocking fees applyStart a return by emailing support@allstarterminals.com with your order number and the reason, within 14 days of delivery. Injected or programmed devices can be returned with a 25% restocking fee. SUNMI products are non-returnable. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 3 days of delivery get a replacement shipped ahead of the return.

Injected or programmed orders ship 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed. US orders of $999 or more get free standard shipping; smaller US orders pay $17.99 flat or a carrier-calculated rate. Allstar ships internationally with rates calculated at checkout.
- Allstar Terminals: terminal programming to your gateway or processorAllstar programs terminals to your gateway or processor before they ship: the payment application, connection settings and parameters are loaded and tested, with keys added where needed. Named configurations on the live service page are Datacap (including DC Direct) and NMI. Programmed orders ship once configuration is complete, 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed.
- Allstar Terminals: 1-year warranty on new terminals and how to claim itNew terminals bought from Allstar Terminals carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To claim, contact Allstar with the order number, model, serial number and a description of the fault. Defective SUNMI products go through SUNMI's manufacturer warranty.
