خدمة تشفير/حقن لوحة أرقام الخصم

لكي يقبل جهازك أرقام التعريف الشخصية (PIN) لبطاقات الخصم المباشر وبطاقات المساعدة الغذائية الإلكترونية (EBT)، يجب تشفيره باستخدام مفتاح تشفير. سيتم تزويدك بمفتاح التشفير من قبل قسم الدعم الفني في البنك أو جهة معالجة المدفوعات. في بعض الحالات، قد تجد معلومات مفتاح التشفير على ظهر الجهاز.

يرجى إبلاغ ممثل خدمة العملاء بنوع الحقنة التي تحتاجها. عند الطلب عبر الإنترنت، يرجى إدخال معلومات الحقنة في قسم "التعليمات الخاصة" عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

بإمكاننا توفير تشفيرات لمعظم المعالجات. إذا لم تكن متأكدًا من مفتاح الحقن الذي تحتاجه، فيُرجى الاتصال بمعالجك للحصول على المساعدة.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship same day if placed before 2 PM CST.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $999
  
• International Shipping: Available. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
  

Blind Shipping Available
If you’re a reseller, we can ship without branding or company info.
Just request blind shipping at checkout or contact support.

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Contact support@allstarterminals.com within 14 days to start a return.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): Final sale, non-returnable
  
• Accessories: Non-refundable (cables, stands, scanners, power supplies, etc.)
  
• Programmed/Encrypted Devices: Cannot be returned due to compliance regulations
  

Restocking Fee:
Opened or used terminals may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–8 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll inspect and send a replacement if needed.
