- Ingenico Lane series: terminal shows nothing or will not link to the POSIngenico's own isolation steps for a Lane PIN pad that is dark, unresponsive or not talking to the register: check the rear connector, restart, swap units, power-cycle the host, and confirm the power source. Screen prompts such as a waiting-for-connection message come from the payment application and are not covered by Ingenico's guides.
