How the spares program works
- Pick your models and quantity. Tell us the terminals your merchants run and how many spares you want on hand.
- We inject and program them to your processor or gateway, with a certificate of completion for every debit injection.
- We ship them to you in 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed.
- When a device fails, you ship a spare to the merchant the same day, then reorder to refill your shelf.
How to order a replacement fast
- Send the model, processor and ship-to address by phone or email. Say if it should be blank or injected, and whether to blind drop-ship to the merchant.
- Order blank units by 10 AM CST for same-day shipping, and ask for overnight shipping if you need it.
- Prepay by ACH, credit card or wire.
- We ship: blank units the same day, injected units 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Inspect every device when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we send a replacement. New terminals carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; for a device that fails after the first 3 days, contact us about a warranty claim.

Can you ship the replacement straight to my merchant?
Yes. We blind drop-ship replacements to your merchant with no Allstar branding on the package.
What if a terminal arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. For damaged, defective or wrong items reported in that window, we send a replacement.
Do you ship overnight on injected terminals?
No. Overnight shipping is for blank units only. Injected and programmed terminals ship once configuration is complete, 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. Allstar Terminals ships to US addresses only.
