Getting started

Allstar Terminals: blind drop-shipping and multi-unit terminal rollouts

Allstar blind drop-ships orders straight to your merchants with no Allstar branding, under your name. For rollouts, Allstar handles 200+ unit deployments: bulk key injection, the same configuration on every unit, staged release in waves, multi-address shipping and kitting. Rollouts are quoted per deployment at tiered wholesale pricing. Per-unit serial or TID lists are not offered.

Ask Allstar AI about this guide

Check first

  • Which models and how many units?
  • Which processor and key sets, or KSI or BIN numbers?
  • What application and configuration should every unit carry?
  • How many merchant locations, and should each package be blind drop-shipped?
  • Do you want the full order held and released in waves? On what dates?
  • What accessories (stands, cables, paper) should be kitted with each terminal?

This guide explains blind drop-shipping (packages go straight to your merchant under your name, with no Allstar branding) and how Allstar runs multi-unit rollouts.

What Allstar handles in a rollout:

  • Bulk key injection with your processor's keys, with a certificate of completion for each debit injection.
  • The same application, parameters and gateway settings on every unit, tested.
  • Staged release: the full order is injected and held, then shipped in waves on your dates.
  • Multi-address shipping: one order split across many merchant locations.
  • Kitting: stands, cables and paper packed with each terminal as the location needs.
  • Replacement stock: pre-injected spares for after go-live.

Allstar handles 200+ unit deployments. Pricing is tiered wholesale, quoted per rollout.

Before you start

  • Gather the models, quantities, processor key sets (or KSI or BIN numbers), the configuration, the merchant locations, the wave schedule and the accessories per location.

Steps

  1. For a blind drop-ship on any order, tell Allstar when you order (quote form, email or order notes) that the package should go straight to your merchant with no Allstar branding. Expected: The package ships under your name with no Allstar branding, invoice or pricing in the box.
  2. For a rollout, send the scope to sales@allstarterminals.com: models, quantities, processor key sets, configuration, merchant locations, the wave schedule and the accessories per location. Expected: Allstar quotes the rollout at tiered wholesale pricing for hardware plus injection and confirms the key sets and configuration.
  3. Prepay the quote by ACH, credit card or wire. Expected: The rollout is booked.
  4. Allstar injects, programs, tests and kits every unit, with a certificate of completion for each debit injection. Expected: Every unit carries the same configuration.
  5. Allstar holds the injected order and releases it in waves on your dates, split across merchant locations and blind drop-shipped if you prefer. Expected: Each wave lands at each location on schedule.
  6. After go-live, keep pre-injected spares on hand for fast swaps. Expected: A failed device is replaced from your own shelf.

If that did not work

Allstar does not supply per-unit serial number or TID lists with a rollout. For anything not covered here (minimums, holding charges, lead time on very large orders), email sales@allstarterminals.com or call 888-403-7066. Page: https://allstarterminals.com/pages/terminal-rollouts.

Stop and contact support if

  • A customer asks for a per-unit serial number or Terminal ID (TID) list with the rollout: Allstar does not offer this. Explain and route any further request to sales@allstarterminals.com.
  • A customer asks for public volume price breaks: none are published; every rollout is quoted.

Email sales@allstarterminals.com or call 888-403-7066 with models, quantities, processor key sets, configuration, locations and wave schedule. Page: https://allstarterminals.com/pages/terminal-rollouts.

Notes

  • How to request blind shipping on a web-store order (a checkout field versus order notes) is not confirmed; an internal draft from 2026-09-19 left it open. Order notes or your quote are the working route: ask us if unsure.
  • Minimum order size for a rollout, and whether staged release carries a holding charge, are not stated: quoted per rollout.
  • Rollout lead time beyond the 2 to 3 business day injection rule (for example for 200+ units) is not stated: ask us.
  • No client names are given for past deployments.
  • Hours on the live rollouts page (9:00 to 18:00 CST) are wrong; owner correction dated 2026-10-17 sets 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
