Debit Pin-Pad Encryption/Injection Service

Debit PIN pad key injection loads your processor's PIN encryption key onto your PIN pad, the step required before it can accept PIN debit. $20 per device.

• PIN encryption key loaded for your processor: 190 key sets on hand, including TSYS, First Data (Fiserv), Chase Paymentech, Worldpay and Global Payments
• Available for every terminal and PIN pad brand we sell
• Certificate of completion with every device
• Injected orders ship 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed
• Don't know your key set? Send us your Key Set Identifier (KSI) or BIN number and we'll find it

Shipping Information

Blank (unprogrammed) units ship same day on orders placed before 10 AM CST. Injected or programmed units ship once configuration is complete.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $999

If you’re a reseller, we can ship without branding or company info.

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Contact support@allstarterminals.com within 14 days to start a return.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): Final sale, non-returnable
  
• Accessories: Non-refundable (cables, stands, scanners, power supplies, etc.)
  
• Programmed/Encrypted Devices: Cannot be returned due to compliance regulations
  

Restocking Fee:
Opened or used terminals may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Once a refund is processed, the money is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll inspect and send a replacement if needed.
