About this stand

• Freestanding Swivel & Tilt with Round Plate: It tilts up to 60° and swivels 190°, so the terminal moves between cashier and customer without being picked up. The stand is powder-coated steel, built for daily counter use. It comes with a round freestanding base plate for freestanding use without drilling. Fewer drops, cracked screens and expensive terminal replacements.

Fits: Dejavoo QD3. Need the terminal too? We stock it, and we can inject and program it before it ships.

Terminal not included. Stands ship with mounting hardware.

Shipping Information

Blank (unprogrammed) units ship same day on orders placed before 10 AM CST. Injected or programmed units ship once configuration is complete.

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Contact support@allstarterminals.com within 14 days to start a return.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): Final sale, non-returnable
  
• Accessories: Non-refundable (cables, stands, scanners, power supplies, etc.)
  
• Programmed/Encrypted Devices: Cannot be returned due to compliance regulations
  

Restocking Fee:
Opened or used terminals may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Once a refund is processed, the money is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll inspect and send a replacement if needed.
