ID TECH Kiosk V Contactless Reader for Kiosks, ATMs & Vending

The ID TECH Kiosk V is a compact, rugged contactless reader built to add tap-to-pay to ATMs, self-service kiosks, parking systems and vending machines. At just 75 x 60 x 11.2 mm and 1.76 oz, it fits inside tight bezels and mounts the same way as the Kiosk III, so existing installations can upgrade without redesigning the enclosure.

It is sealed to IP65 and rated IK07, runs from -30°C to 70°C, and carries a 500,000-hour MTBF, the kind of reliability an unattended machine needs when no one is standing next to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Kiosk V be used as a vending machine card reader?
Yes. It adds contactless card and mobile wallet payments to vending machines, kiosks, parking pay stations and ATMs. It reads tap only, not chip insert or swipe.

Will it fit where a Kiosk III is installed today?
ID TECH designed the Kiosk V to use the same mounting as the Kiosk III.

Do I need the BLE version?
Only if your application talks to the reader over Bluetooth. Most wired kiosk installs use USB or RS232.
