To reduce its environmental footprint, the PAX A77 does not include a built-in receipt printer. Instead, receipts can be delivered digitally via SMS or email, or printed using a paired external printer.

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Contact support@allstarterminals.com within 14 days to start a return.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): Final sale, non-returnable

• Programmed/Encrypted Devices: Cannot be returned due to compliance regulations
  

Restocking Fee:
Opened or used terminals may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–8 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll inspect and send a replacement if needed.
