SUNMI M3 Android Handheld POS | 6.75" Screen, Android 14, Wi-Fi

The SUNMI M3 is a 272g Android handheld for restaurant floors and service counters: order taking at the table, queue management, loyalty and, on NFC configurations, tap-to-pay on the device with a SoftPOS payment app. It is built for a full shift, with a removable 5000mAh battery and an IP65, drop-tested body.

Good to know before you order

• No built-in printer and no dedicated scan engine. For printed receipts, pair it with a network printer such as the SUNMI V2-LX; for heavy scanning, see the L2s PRO.
• There is no chip or swipe reader. Card payments run through tap-to-pay with a supported SoftPOS app on NFC configurations.
• Per manufacturer policy, SUNMI products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the device arrives defective.

Shipping Information

Blank (unprogrammed) units ship same day on orders placed before 10 AM CST. Injected or programmed units ship once configuration is complete.

Returns & Refunds

Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Contact support@allstarterminals.com within 14 days to start a return.

• Bulk Orders (10+ units): Final sale, non-returnable

• Programmed/Encrypted Devices: Cannot be returned due to compliance regulations
  

Restocking Fee:
Opened or used terminals may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Once a refund is processed, the money is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, contact us within 3 days.
We’ll inspect and send a replacement if needed.
